Our tours are under the management of Women’s Tours to Egypt, hereinafter referred to as “Tour Operator” and/or “Sub Agent”, acting only as agent for the passengers and assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the accommodation or the service of any means of travel, whether by aircraft, motorcar, motorcoach, cruise boat, hot air balloon, or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part in the operation of this tour, nor will Tour Operator be responsible for or assume liability for injury, damage, death, loss, additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned for any reason whatsoever, including defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or providing transportation to the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Baggage, cameras and personal belongings are at the "owner's risk" throughout the tour, unless insured.
The Tour Operator reserves the right to make any changes in itineraries or to withdraw any or all tours where deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules or unforeseen country conditions. The right is reserved for Tour Operator to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute full settlement by the passenger. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour. The cost of our tours are subject to change due to any increase from airlines, hotels, and/or cruise boats.
Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to charge or cancel tours in anyway for reasons of war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse or unpredictable weather, high or low water levels or other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The sole responsibility of any airlines used in our tours are limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. Airline and other carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Similar responsibilities as noted above applies to all types of carriers. In addition, the services of any IATA or local carriers may be used in connection with the tour.
GROUP TOURS INCLUDE:
Tourist entry visa, all coach/minivan transportation, Nile cruise, internal flights (within Egypt), accommodation, sightseeing, meals as per itinerary, touristic site entrance fees, services of qualified Egyptologist tour guides, Women's Tours to Egypt representative.
GROUP TOURS EXCLUDE:
International airfares, airport taxes, laundry, food not included in itinerary, drinks, excess baggage, optional excursions, extra overnight accommodation at beginning or end of tour, travel insurance.
The Tour Company does not employ medical staff on our tours. Should medical assistance be required local medical services can be contacted. You are responsible for all medical charges incurred. The Company is not responsible for the quality of medical services you may receive.
The Tour Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled guests but is not repsonsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, cruise boats, restaurants. It is the responsibility of the traveller to inform the Tour Company at the time of booking of any special needs or requirements.
The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any passenger as a member of the tour, in which case a full refund or equitable amount will be refunded, but this amount shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger(s). No refund can be made for any future or portion of the programme not used by the passenger during the operation of the tour. The issuance and acceptance of any voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions and acceptance of reservations is on the specific condition that the terms and conditions above are agreed to by the passengers.
All information regarding each traveller should be correctly given at the time of booking. When providing names during the booking process please ensure to give your full name as stated on your passport.
Upon receiving confirmation and full payment of your booking we will send you a Booking Confirmation via email. Please ensure to print this confirmation and present it to your tour leader upon arrival in Egypt as proof of booking.
To secure your booking we require a $500 non refundable deposit per person, payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 90 days prior to the tour departure date. For bookings made less than one month prior to tour departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept secure credit card payments via PayPal.
You may cancel your booking subject to the following pentalties:
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to tour departure date = no refund of deposit paid but 100% of balance paid.
Cancellation 46 days to 89 days prior to tour date = no refund of deposit paid but 75% refund of balance paid.
Cancellation 31 days to 45 days prior to tour date = no refund of deposit paid but 50% refund of balance paid.
Cancellation 14 days to 30 days prior to tour date = no refund of deposit paid but 25% refund of balance paid.
Canceallation within 14 days of tour date = no refund given.
GRATUITIES AND TIPS:
Gratuities and tips are highly recommended to be given to hotel staff, drivers, Nile cruise staff, restaurant staff and tours guides.
It is the travellers responsibility to obtain their own travel insurance prior to arrival in Egypt. Tour Operator does not sell travel insurance.
PASSPORT AND ENTRY VISA:
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity is required for entry into Egypt. Tour Operator provides entry visas upon arrival and requires full passport details prior to arrival.
